TEACHES:Power and Basics Classes 

Lauren has been practicing yoga since 2001 and gets very excited about sharing her enthusiasm, curiosity, and discoveries with students. She received her teaching certification from Yoga to the People in New York City in 2008, and has taught at studios spanning the globe from Singapore to New York, to Seattle, and New Mexico. Fun fact: in Singapore, she once taught a 400-student yoga class.


Emphasizing yoga’s power to transform, not just the body, but also the mind and the spirit, Lauren’s classes build from a foundation of showing us just how strong we really are. It is Lauren’s philosophy that yoga shouldn’t be intimidating and that students should leave class feeling a little bit better than when they arrived. Her other passions include her two little sons, dancing with abandon, and learning to be a better tennis player.
