Teaches: Power, Basics
Miranda started her yoga journey like many, for the physical benefits incorporated into a regular workout routine. She started to deepen her practice while living in the Caribbean island of Grenada. Yoga gave her the space to slow down, focus on the breath and step away from the stresses of life. The merging of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellness led her to seek a deeper understanding of yoga.
She completed her 200 Hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training with Mit Sukha, through Grenada Fountain of Youth Yoga Studio.
Miranda is a believer that all bodies can do yoga and has experience with all ages and level of practitioners. With many modification options she helps students find what feels right and safe for their unique bodies.
When she is not on the mat Miranda enjoys spending time outside, searching for adventure, relaxing with her husband and mini Aussie and planning future travels. Giving peace, love and a ton of gratitude, she looks forward to sharing practice with you!
Although she has only visited Los Angeles and Anaheim, she thinks she would love the laid back, sunny, outdoorsy vibe that San Diego is known for.
