CALIFORNIA YOGA SCHOOL is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
Cali Yoga’s 200-hour RYT is a Yoga Alliance-certified program that encourages and challenges trainees to take the seat of responsibility in their lives. Based on a deeply involved manual, written by owner Kimi Rae Chapman, E-RYT and Yoga Alliance certified trainer, the training elevates students on a journey of self-discovery and development by helping each individual advance to his/her best version as a communicator and a teacher. Throughout the program, you will learn anatomy, how to sequence and pace classes, how to effectively convey your message, and how to apply the alignment principals of every yoga posture.
