SURF & YOGA RETREAT
October 2nd - 9th 2020
JOIN KATYA SEYMOUR & KIMI RAE CHAPMAN FOR EIGHT DAYS OF POWERFUL YOGA, SOUND IMMERSION, AND FUN IN THE SUN!
Playa Conchal is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Costa Rica, the Province of Guanacaste. At Playa Conchal, the sand is composed of millions of tiny crushed shells that rustle beneath your feet. The mesmerizing beach is surrounded by turquoise waters, and it sits in a bay next to Playa Brasilito. The clear waters of Playa Conchal make it a wonderful place for swimming or snorkeling with an array of tropical fish.
Between the colorful sites, the energetic sounds, and the great company, you are guaranteed to have a memorable time in Costa Rica. But, couple the natural highs with the empowerment
of daily yoga, sweating in the sun, swimming in the ocean, and riding the waves – you will leave more in touch with your inner self and more ready to tackle life full on.
Take it in
Our luxurious villa is located a 10 minute walk from Playa Conchal in the mountains overlooking the ocean. Tropical landscaped gardens, an infinity pool, and indoor/outdoor eco-luxury makes relaxing easy. Modern amenities aren’t spared as there’s a glorious kitchen and six and half decadent bathrooms for the six bedrooms and en-suites.
We will be nourished with delicious food from the Guanacaste region. Dietary restrictions will be worked
with. All meals will be prepared with the freshest locally sourced ingredients that our (private) Chef Meirav hand selects on the day of service. Think big fruit salads, fresh fish, crispy local vegetables, organic poultry with citrus flavors, and a bit of heat!
Your days in Costa Rica will be spent full of healthy, fun, and memorable activities that leave you both refreshed and light in body and mind.
In the spirit of letting everyone enjoy their stay at their own pace, we are leaving a lot of free time for you. Our concierge service is available to help coordinate activities and amenities.

Daily (or twice-daily!) yoga classes will be geared towards practitioners of all levels. We will explore the foundational aspects of yoga poses, the possibility for inner calm through breath, meditation, and stillness. Keeping it
fun always, we’ll explore various arm balances and inversions. All practices will be catered towards each days schedule and activities. Kimi & Katya will be weaving a journey through the chakras through power vinyasa yoga and sound therapy.
Aside from delicious food, yoga, and great company – we will be providing a group surf lesson early in the week and then ample time for practice after that. Costa Rica’s Guanacaste offers some of the world’s best surfing, but it also caters well to beginners in the right areas.
